Franco J Gonzalez served as a Public Policy Chief in the Executive Secretary of the Coordination Council Public Safety System for the State of Nuevo Leon. Franco played an important role as part of the Project Management Office for the adoption and implementation of the Compstat Model in the State of Nuevo Leon.
Prior to joining the National Network for Safe Communities, Franco J Gonzalez was responsible for directing the Regional Development Institute at the School of Government and Public Transformation at the Tecnologico de Monterrey. At this level, strategic consulting activities are carried out for federal, state, local governments, and for the private sector.
Mr. Gonzalez holds a Ph.D in Public Policy, and a Master’s Degree in Economics and Public Policy from Tecnologico de Monterrey.
