Audrey Hatch is a Field Associate for the Field Innovations team at the National Network for Safe Communities. Audrey provides operational support and guidance to NNSC partner sites on the Reconciliation, Field Innovations, and Group Violence Intervention teams. She works with Field Advisors to build and strengthen relationships with key site partners; provide problem solving and advising support on implementation; track and report on strategy results; and ensure follow-up occurs and deliverables are met supporting the reconciliation and FI projects underway.
In her first two years at NNSC, Audrey supported The National Initiative for Building Community Trust & Justice, a US Department of Justice pilot project to improve relationships and increase trust between communities and police.
Prior to joining NNSC in 2017, Audrey was an Asset Manager at Nuestra Comunidad Development Corporation in Roxbury, MA where she helped neighborhood-based nonprofits in the Boston area provide safe, stable affordable housing and community spaces. She was also responsible for lowering the organization’s environmental impact.
Audrey holds a B.A. in Math from Bowdoin College.
